RapidsAI provides an AI-powered calling and SMS agent platform that allows businesses to deploy automated voice and messaging agents for customer engagement, appointment booking, lead qualification, and related business communication purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity you represent. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
By opting in to SMS or call communications during registration, you agree to the following terms specific to each communication type:
3.1 Transactional SMS
Transactional messages include account notifications, 2FA verification codes, and service-related updates from RapidsAI. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Msg & Data rates may apply.
3.2 Marketing SMS
Marketing messages include product announcements, promotions, and service offers from RapidsAI. These messages are only sent if you have explicitly opted in. Message frequency varies. Msg & Data rates may apply.

3.3 Phone Calls
If you opt in to phone calls, RapidsAI may contact you for onboarding assistance, account verification, and platform support. You may opt out of future calls by notifying us at any time.
3.4 Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP to any message for support information. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
Opting out of marketing or transactional communications does not affect your ability to use the RapidsAI platform. Opting in to any communication type is entirely voluntary.
You agree not to use the RapidsAI platform to:
You are responsible for ensuring that all end-customers your AI agent contacts have provided appropriate consent to receive communications, in compliance with applicable law.
SMS messaging through our platform is conducted via Application-to-Person (A2P) channels and is subject to 10DLC (Ten Digit Long Code) campaign registration requirements set by mobile carriers and Twilio. You agree to cooperate with any campaign registration process and to ensure your messaging use cases comply with carrier guidelines.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All platform software, design, and content is the property of RapidsAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RapidsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold RapidsAI, its officers, directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or platform notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
